We’ll send an email with your initial quote or any questions we need to clarify to better understand your project.

Adjust the Quote

If you’d like any changes to the quote (e.g., different painting quality, adding/removing models), let us know. We’ll adjust it and send the final invoice.

Make a 50% Down Payment

Payment options: E-transfer (preferred), Cash, PayPal, or SquareUP (with a 2% fee for PayPal and SquareUP).
You can pay in person or online.

Ship Your Models or Let Us Purchase Them

  • You can ship your models to us, or we can purchase them on your behalf.

  • We’ll provide shipping details and confirmation once we receive your package.

We Get to Work

Now the magic begins! We’ll start working on your commission.

Receive Progress Photos

Mid-project or toward the end (for larger commissions), we’ll send you progress photos. Let us know if everything looks good or if any changes are needed.
